Connect With Us

Never miss a beat - stay connected with the MNLGA on social media!

The Maryland Nursery, Landscape, and Greenhouse Association (MNLGA) has a distinguished history of supporting, promoting, and providing services and assistance to member businesses since 1934 - we definitely have roots!

It is vital to support the role of the green industry in our communities, as well as provide a unified voice for the industry for the purposes of education, legislation, and marketing. MNLGA supports and unites all constituent groups of the horticulture industry, including landscape, garden centers, interiorscape, grounds maintenance, nursery, greenhouse, aboriculture, botanical gardens and other allied businesses. For more information about the MNLGA, select here.

Tune in to the series that highlights innovative techniques and daily experience in the industry that provides us the products we grow. The Maryland Nursery, Landscape, and Greenhouse Association sponsors Future Harvest that airs Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. on MPT.

Legislation / Maryland Green Industry Council (MaGIC)

2019 Legislative Efforts - Please view the MaGIC Legislative Updates page for detailed updates and a summary of the 2018 session.

New laws are proposed every year during the General Assembly. The MNLGA is a member of the Maryland Green Industry Council (MaGIC), which serves Maryland's horticulture industry as a lobbying arm and legislative resource on issues affecting Maryland's "Green Industry." The voice of MaGIC can be heard around Annapolis, and around the state, as it lends its expertise, insight, and testimony on pertinent legislation and governance. For updates on legislation followed during the previous Session, or for more information on how to contact your elected officials, select here.
